Refer a company and earn credit

Part 1Share your link

1. 1Click Settings in the dashboard sidebar.
2. 2Scroll to Refer a company.
3. 3Click Copy link, or Copy a message to send for a ready-made note that includes the link.
4. 4Send it to a producer, promoter or venue you know. They can open it on any device.

The link never changes, so you can put it in an email signature or on your website.

Part 2What each side gets

1. 1The company that signs up through your link gets $150 off Ticket-Worx's per-ticket fees on their first event. It is ready the moment they sign up, and they see it in their own Settings.
2. 2You get $250 off Ticket-Worx's per-ticket fees on your next event. It shows as Waiting for their first sale until the company you referred sells its first ticket, then as Ready. You get an email when it unlocks.
3. 3A credit is applied on its own. It comes off the fee on each ticket sold, on the first event of yours to sell a ticket after the credit is ready, until it is used up.
4. 4Your buyers' prices do not change. The fee they see is unchanged; Ticket-Worx keeps less of it and the difference is in your payout.

Part 3Follow your referrals

1. 1Under Companies you referred, each company shows when it signed up and whether the credit is waiting for their first sale, ready, or used up.
2. 2Under Your credits, each credit shows the amount, what is left, and the event it was applied to.
3. 3Under Credit ready to use, see the total waiting to come off your next event.

Tips

• The credit stays with the first event it is used on. If your next event is small and does not use it all, the rest is not carried to a later event, so share the link when a bigger event is coming up.
• Credits also come off the fee on cash sales, since those fees are invoiced after the event at the reduced amount.
• You cannot refer yourself: a company cannot sign up through its own link.
