Questions
Vendor FAQ
Do you take a cut of what I'm paid?
No. The membership is the only charge. What a producer pays you, and how, is between you and them.
Can I see the events before I join?
No. Producers, their events and their calls for vendors are shown to members only. That is part of what they are paying for: a directory of vendors who are serious.
How do producers choose?
By category, distance from the venue, your photos and description, and ratings from producers who have worked with you. Complete listings get picked.
Where do you operate?
Anywhere Ticket-Worx producers run events, which today is mostly the central United States and growing. Set your home ZIP and how far you travel; you are shown to producers whose venues are in reach.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your membership page. Monthly memberships are not refunded for a part month; yearly ones can be refunded within 14 days.
