Pass the $1.50 fee on to buyers at checkout, or absorb it so your advertised price is the price they pay. Here is a $25.00 ticket either way, before any sales tax or card processing fees:

Pricing FAQ
How much does Ticket-Worx cost?
$1.50 per paid ticket sold. Free tickets, a $0 ticket type or one made free by an offer or comp code, carry no fee at all. There are no monthly fees, setup fees or long-term contracts.
Who pays the per-ticket fee?
You choose. Pass it on so buyers pay it at checkout, or absorb it so your ticket price is all-in. Set it once for your company, and make the same choice for card processing.
When do I get my money?
Payments go straight into your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank on your Stripe payout schedule. Ticket money never passes through Ticket-Worx.
Do I need special equipment to scan tickets?
No. Any smartphone with a camera works. If you prefer, handheld and USB barcode scanners work as well.
How quickly can I start selling?
Right away. Create your account, build your event, connect your Stripe account and add your terms from Settings, and you are selling. There is no approval wait.
What about cash sales at my box office?
Cash never passes through Stripe, so the $1.50 per ticket on cash sales is invoiced to you after each event and charged to a card you keep on file, with a receipt by email. If you prefer, pay each invoice online from the email instead.
Is there a fee on apparel and add-ons?
No. Ticket-Worx charges its fee on tickets only. Shirts, parking and other add-ons carry just sales tax and card processing.
Can I get physical tickets to sell in person?
Yes. Order printed general-admission tickets from your dashboard and we print and mail them to you. You pay a printing and postage price up front. The per-ticket fee is charged only on printed tickets that are actually scanned at the event, so unsold tickets cost nothing more.
What if the Wi-Fi goes down at the gate?
Scanning carries on. The door app keeps the ticket list on each phone, checks tickets in without a connection, and sends every scan to your dashboard as soon as it is back online.
Can I use my own branding?
Yes. Add your logo, colors, favicon and background images, publish your own terms and privacy policy, and add your Google and Meta tracking.
What about credit card fees?
Card fees are between you and Stripe, not Ticket-Worx. Stripe charges them to your own Stripe account, and Ticket-Worx never collects or marks them up. If you like, you can pass them on to buyers at checkout.
Is there a charge for finding vendors?
Not for you. Searching vendors near your venue, sending them your event, posting calls and rating them are all included. Vendors pay a small membership to be listed, which is what keeps the directory to people who are serious about being booked.
I use another ticketing company. How hard is it to switch?
Not hard, and we will do the heavy lifting. Export your customer list from your current system, and we will import it and set up your first event with you, at no charge. Your buyers, tags and marketing permissions come across; nothing about your past events needs to be re-entered by hand.
How does the referral program work?
Every account has a referral link in Settings. When another company signs up through it, they get $150 off Ticket-Worx fees on their first event, and you get $250 off fees on your next event as soon as they sell their first ticket. There is no limit to how many companies you can refer.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours. Download your full customer list and every order and ticket you have ever sold from Settings at any time, with no fee and no waiting. Ticket money is already in your own Stripe account, so there is nothing to pay out or close.
