Download all your data

Your customers and sales are yours. Download your whole customer list and every ticket you have ever sold from Settings, for your records or to move to another company.

Who can do this: Owners and admins. Managers can export the customer list from the Customers page but not the full orders file.

Before you start

  • Nothing. There is no fee and no waiting period, and downloading changes nothing in your account.

Part 1Download your customer list

  1. 1Open Settings and click Your data in the row of links at the top, or scroll to the bottom.
  2. 2Press Download CSV beside Customer list.
  3. 3Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets. It holds every contact with name, email, phone, marketing permission, tags, number of orders and tickets, spend, first and last order dates and where the contact came from.
  4. 4To download only some contacts, go to Customers, apply a filter, and press Export CSV there instead.

Part 2Download every order and ticket

  1. 1On the same Your data section, press Download CSV beside Orders and tickets.
  2. 2Open the file. There is one row per ticket: order number and date, how it was sold, event, ticket type, day, seat, buyer, attendee, ticket price, the order's totals and refunds, and the time the ticket was scanned at the door.
  3. 3An upgrade paid at the box office appears as its own row with no ticket columns; the ticket itself stays on the original order, already showing its new type.

Reports each have their own download button, with the figures already added up. Ticket money never lives here: it is in your Stripe account.

Part 3Moving to another ticketing company

  1. 1Download both files above and keep them somewhere safe.
  2. 2Give the other company your customer list. Most can import a CSV with email, name and phone columns.
  3. 3Know that Ticket-Worx never holds your money, so there is nothing to pay out or close; your Stripe account stays yours.
  4. 4Ask us through the chat button if you want your account closed. We will confirm by email first.

Tips

  • Download the orders file after each event as a backup, so your records do not depend on any one system.

If something goes wrong

The download opens in the browser instead of saving.

Right-click Download CSV and choose Save link as.

Dates in the file look odd.

Dates are written in the international format, for example 2026-10-22, with times in UTC. Format the column as a date in your spreadsheet program.
