Get booked as a vendor

For food trucks, entertainers, equipment and service providers: list your business, get found by event producers, answer their invitations and calls, and keep your rating high.

Who can do this: Anyone who provides something events need. You do not need a producer account.

Before you start

  • A card for the membership (nothing is charged for the first three months with a founding code).

Part 1List your business

  1. 1Go to ticket-worx.com/vendors and press List your business.
  2. 2Enter your business name, your name, your home ZIP code, an email and a password, and agree to the vendor terms.
  3. 3Choose Monthly or Yearly. If you have a founding code, enter it: your first three months are free and you pay half price for life after that. Press Continue to payment and enter your card.
  4. 4Open My listing and fill it in: a description, every category you cover, how far you travel, your contact details, whether you carry insurance and permits, and up to 8 photos. Press Save listing.

Producers cannot see you, and you cannot see their events or calls, until your membership is active. Complete listings with photos get picked.

Part 2Answer an invitation

  1. 1When a producer sends you their event, you get an email with the details and two buttons: Yes, interested and Not this time. Tap either; the producer hears back at once.
  2. 2Or open your portal at ticket-worx.com/vendor, where the same invitation sits under Producers asking about you, with a box for a line back to them.
  3. 3If you say yes, the producer gets your name, email and phone, and you get theirs. Rates, space, dates and payment are between you and them; Ticket-Worx takes no cut.

Part 3Apply to open calls

  1. 1Click Open calls in your portal. You see calls from producers whose venue is within your travel distance and who want your kind of vendor.
  2. 2Press Apply and fill in the one form: what you would bring, what you need on site, the fee or terms you expect, and whether you are available. Press Send application.
  3. 3The producer accepts or declines; you get an email either way. Accepted means you have each other's contact details.

Part 4Membership and ratings

  1. 1Under Membership see your plan and next charge, change your card, or cancel. Cancelling stops the next charge; your listing comes down at the end of the paid period.
  2. 2Producers you worked with can rate you 1 to 5 after the event. Your average shows on your listing. You can reply once to a rating.

Founding vendors keep half price for as long as the membership continues without a break.

Tips

  • Set your travel distance honestly: it decides which calls you see and which producers see you.
  • Answer invitations quickly, even with a no. Producers remember who replied.

If something goes wrong

Open calls is empty.

Calls show only within your travel distance and for your categories. Widen the distance or tick more categories on your listing. Producers post calls as their events come up.

The founding code is refused.

The code may be wrong or the 1,000 founding spots may be taken. Leave it blank to join at the standard price, or email us.
