Vendor terms
These are the terms for a Ticket-Worx vendor membership. Producers selling tickets are covered by the separate Terms of Service.
What the membership is
A Ticket-Worx vendor membership lists your business in a directory that event producers using Ticket-Worx can search, lets producers send you details of their events and invite you to them, lets you answer producers' calls for vendors, and lets producers rate their experience of working with you. Nothing more is promised: not a minimum number of invitations, bookings or views.
We introduce; we are not a party
Ticket-Worx introduces vendors and producers. Any agreement you reach with a producer (price, dates, space, power, permits, insurance, payment) is between you and the producer alone. Ticket-Worx is not a party to it, does not collect or hold money for it, takes no commission on it, and is not responsible if either side fails to keep it. Take the same care you would with any customer you met elsewhere.
What you tell us must be true
Your listing, including what you do, where you are based, and whether you carry insurance or hold permits, must be accurate. Producers rely on it. We may remove a listing that is misleading, offensive, or unrelated to events, and we may end a membership for conduct that harms producers or other vendors, with a refund of any unused whole months.
Membership and payment
Membership is $19.99 a month or $199.99 a year, charged to the card you provide, and renews automatically until you cancel from your membership page. Monthly memberships are not refunded for a part month. Yearly memberships can be refunded in full within 14 days of payment if you ask by email. Founding memberships (limited in number, with a code) get 90 days free and then 50% off the standard price for as long as the membership continues without a break; if it is cancelled and later restarted, the standard price applies. Prices may change with 30 days' notice by email; a founding discount stays 50% off whatever the standard price is.
Ratings
Producers who have worked with you at an event may rate that experience from 1 to 5 and add a short comment. You may reply once. We do not edit ratings except to remove ones that are abusive, unrelated to the event, or from someone who did not work with you.
Your contact details
Your contact details are shown to a producer only after you say you are interested in their event or apply to their call. Producers agree to use them only for that event. We do not sell your details.
Ending things
You may cancel at any time; your listing comes down at the end of the paid period. We may end a membership under the section above. Either way, this agreement's limits on our responsibility continue to apply to anything that happened while it was in force.
Our responsibility
We provide the directory as it is. We are not liable for lost bookings, lost profits, or anything arising from an agreement or a dispute between you and a producer. Our total liability to you for anything to do with the membership is limited to the membership fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Oklahoma law applies.
