TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET PURCHASE These terms apply to tickets sold by Southeast Expo ("we", "us"). By buying a ticket you agree to them. 1. Tickets. A ticket admits one person to the event shown on it. Each ticket's code can be scanned once. Keep your ticket private; we are not responsible for tickets that are copied or shared. 2. Refunds. All sales are final except where required by law or where the event is cancelled. If the event is cancelled we will refund the ticket price. Service and processing fees may not be refundable. 3. Changes. The date, time, venue, performers or programme may change. If the event is postponed your ticket is valid for the new date. 4. Entry. We may refuse entry or remove anyone who does not follow venue rules, security instructions, or the law. Bags may be searched. 5. Resale. Tickets may not be resold above face value or used for commercial purposes without our written permission. 6. Recording. The event may be photographed or filmed. By attending you consent to appearing in that material. 7. Liability. You attend at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price paid for your ticket. 8.
