PRIVACY POLICY Southeast Expo ("we", "us") sells tickets through the Ticket-Worx platform. This policy explains what we collect when you buy a ticket and how we use it. What we collect. Your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the tickets you bought, your signature on our terms, and basic technical details such as your IP address and browser. How we use it. To issue and deliver your tickets, check you in at the event, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. Marketing. We only send you news and offers if you ticked the box to receive them. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Sharing. We share your information with service providers that help us run the event and sell tickets, such as Ticket-Worx and Stripe, and where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information. Advertising. Our event pages may use tools such as Google and Meta to measure advertising. These may set cookies. Your choices. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe at any time, by contacting Southeast Expo.
